Elopement Photographer & Guide
First, a little about me
Hi! I’m Mary, an elopement photographer. My favorite memories are those spent out in nature, with the people I love the most.
From hiking in the mountains, to sitting around a campfire, to having a picnic in the forest, and days spent climbing, the outdoors is where I’ve always felt the most alive. I love my job because I get to document meaningful moments that couples will cherish for the rest of their lives. I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to work with some of the best people, in the most beautiful locations..
My husband, Carlo and I eloped in Tahoe in the Fall of 2020.

A day like nothing other
Why I love elopements (and eloped myself)
I love elopements because they cut out all the fluff and what results is a deeply meaningful wedding day experience. You get to focus on what really matters to you and create a day doing what you and your partner love the most, with your closest circle of family and friends. I know this from personal experience because my husband and I chose to elope. We originally began planning a big traditional wedding, and it began to snowball into something neither of us wanted. We realized that the traditional wedding wasn’t the path for us. We decided to elope and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

How many hours of coverage do we need?
Most couples find 8 hours is the perfect amount of time to tell the story of their elopement day. How much coverage you need will really depend on your unique vision. Just because you’re eloping, doesn’t mean your wedding day story doesn’t deserve to be told, in fact, it might be more important so that you can share your day with your community later on. My best advice is to brainstorm your perfect day together, and do exactly that!
