Heather and Tim eloped with just their parents, far up the Northern California coast, in a sleepy town called Sea Ranch. They rented the coolest airbnb, which sat right on the coast, with access to a private beach. It was the perfect setting for an intimate wedding.

You never know what kind of weather you will get on the NorCal coast, and this day was extremely foggy to begin with. It made the whole day feel that much more intimate and magical. With just their parents present, they vowed to forever together.. Afterwards, we explored around the dramatic coastline to take photos. The whole day felt stress free, effortless, and so much fun! Towards the end of our portrait session, the sun popped out of the clouds, making for some gorgeous light. Heather, Tim, and their parents ended the day with a private dinner. I’m so honored to capture such special memories for couples like Heather and Tim. Congrats you two!

Mary offered everything we were looking for in a wedding photographer – and so much more. She is the sweetest, most easy-going photographer (possibly human being) I’ve ever met. Most importantly, the photographs she took captured our special day exactly how we envisioned it – intimate, moody, and romantic. We were blown away. The lighting throughout the day kept shifting on us and Mary went out of her way to re-take certain shots to make sure we were able to capture the perfect lighting – that’s dedication. The area we got married was somewhat remote so we were grateful that Mary was willing to travel to such distances – and even arrived early! I would recommend Mary to anyone who wants a “rolls with the punches” photographer who can capture your vision with ease and beauty. Her photographs are stunning and her genuine personality are priceless.
